2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high‑volume periods, processing may take longer.

  • If we experience delays, we will notify you via email.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Common delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic U.S. addresses

  • P.O. Boxes (if supported by the carrier)

  • International destinations (optional—remove if not applicable)

If you want a version for U.S.-only shipping, request a domestic‑only policy.


6. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Damage caused during transit

8. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. See our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
