Thank you for shopping at SnoopyXpress! We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To initiate a return, please contact us at snoopyxpress.llc@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within [Number] days of receiving it, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at snoopyxpress.llc@gmail.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
